Terms of Service

These Terms become effective when you complete registration or otherwise begin using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service; if you have already registered, you may delete your account at any time.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 14 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Where the law of your country or region of residence requires a higher minimum age, that higher threshold applies.

You may sign up for the Service using one of the following methods:

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (password, OAuth tokens, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, these Terms, or generally accepted standards of public order and morality;
• infringe on or impersonate the personal information, account, or rights of any other person;
• disrupt the operation of the Service or place undue load on our servers or networks (including by scraping, automated bulk requests, or reverse engineering);
• upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; or
• resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all copyright and other rights in any content you upload, post, or generate through the Service ("User Content"). To enable us to operate, provide, and improve the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit your User Content solely for those purposes. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload and will resolve any related disputes at your own cost.

All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

The Service may include or integrate with third-party services such as Google, GitHub, and other identity providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of any third-party service.

We strive to keep the Service available, but the Service or any portion of it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, force majeure, or operational needs. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature, with reasonable prior notice where appropriate. Because the Service is provided free of charge, we are not obligated to compensate you for any modification or discontinuation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY OUR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right. You will resolve any related disputes at your own cost and reimburse any losses we incur as a result.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account from the account management page. We may suspend or terminate your access — with prior notice or, depending on the severity of the breach, immediately — if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if you interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide stronger protection, those rights remain unaffected.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our policies, or the Service. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with the effective date and reason for the change at least 7 days in advance — or at least 30 days in advance for changes that are material or unfavorable to users. If you do not object to the changes by the effective date, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
